Referral Program for Residential Internet Customer

1. Program Overview

*“FREE Internet Service for Life” is an OACYS Technology Referral Program that rewards existing qualifying OACYS residential Internet customers for referring new residential Internet customers to OACYS Technology. FREE starts with Basic Internet and Fiber plans for $49.95 Wireless Internet and $39.95 Fiber Internet.
Customers can earn increasingly monthly discounts based on the number of their qualifying referrals who maintain active OACYS residential Internet service.
The maximum standard reward is FREE monthly residential Internet service up to Platinum Wireless for $119.95 and Fiber Internet for $109.95 with a minimum of five (5) active qualifying referrals to twelve (12) active qualifying referrals.

2. Referral Rewards

The referring customer’s monthly residential Internet service discount will be determined by the number of active qualifying referrals associated with the customer’s account. Customers on higher plans will need to pay the difference. There is no cash payout option for customers on lower plans that exceed their qualified referrals.

3. How the Program Works

To participate:
1. The referring customer must be an existing OACYS residential Internet customer in good standing.
2. The referring customer must provide OACYS with the required referral information.
3. The referred customer must be a new residential Internet customer who was not previously an active OACYS residential Internet customer, unless otherwise approved by OACYS.
4. The referred customer must identify the referring customer at the time of signup.
5. The referred customer must successfully activate qualifying OACYS residential Internet service.
6. The referred account must remain active and in good standing for the required qualification period established by OACYS.
7. Once the referral qualifies, the referring customer’s monthly credit will be applied according to the number of active qualifying referrals.
