Company History
OACYS was originally founded in 1982, years ahead of the PC becoming common. OACYS stepped into Internet services in 1995, offering the first local dial-up number for Porterville. In 2001 we expanded our services to include fixed wireless Internet, serving the majority of Tulare County with reliable Internet access ever since.
We have continued to expand the IT services offered, by adding VoIP in 2006, Managed IT in 2012 and Hosted Voice service in 2015. We were the first to offer Fiber-to-the-Home Internet service in Porterville starting in 2018, and continue to expand our fiber serving area.
